We will not accept any cancellation after the order is placed.
Title of all goods supplied shall rest with the company until payment has been fully received.

Before sending your faulty set to us, please email your repair notification to email@example.com informing about your product model, nature of the fault and date of purchase. Please note that the cost of returning the goods (either way) lies with the customer. Upon completion of repair, Hisland Technologies Pte Ltd will inform customer about the status including the overseas delivery charges that is payable before the goods is shipped out.
A minimum re-delivery fee of S$120.00 (except Singapore) will be charged to the original credit card if you are not at home, unable to or do not accept a scheduled delivery.
